I understand how important your sewing machine is and will take great care to get the issue resolved. I've been fixing sewing machines since 1972 and can often find the source of the problem very quickly. I'll aim to get your machine fixed up and back in your sewing room as soon as possible!

Time for a service?
As we happily sew along, lint will build up in our machines and oiled parts can become dry. Depending on how often you sew, most machines should have a yearly service to keep then ticking along and to avoid any problems whilst you take on your sewing projects
Typically, a service will include the removal of panels, cleaning and adjustment as necessary, replacement of broken or worn parts, and a test sew.
